JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Court has passed order dated 14.2.2020 as under :

As per aforesaid instructions all the petitioners had been transferred under Aspirational District Scheme and due to exigency of the work they could not be relieved immediately after the transfer order being passed. However, the direction for relieving has been issued and the same shall be effected promptly.

(3.) The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that had the petitioners been relieved immediately after the transfer order dated 12.7.2019 they would have managed at the transferred place for settling their family but they are being relieved in the mid-session, therefore, they are facing some hardship. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that all the petitioners are ready to submit their respective joining at the transferred place after the present transfer session is over, therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioners to approach the competent authority for redressal of their grievance.
