JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Praveen Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and the learned A.G.A. for the State.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the summoning order dated 31st January, 2019 as well as the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 43819 of 2018 (Case No. 2128 of 2019) (Shikaha Pandey Vs. Udit Kumar Pandey and Others), under Sections 498-A , 323 , I.P.C . and Sections 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Barra, District-Kanpur Nagar, pending in the Court of Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar.
