(1.) Heard Sri Shiwa Kant Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for respondents.

(2.) There is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for review bearing C.M. Application No.153779 of 2019.

(3.) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he does not wish to file reply to the application for condonation of delay and he has no objection, if the delay in filing the application for review is condoned.
