JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicants, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

(2.) The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicants in Case Crime No. 86 of 2020, under Sections 308, 325 IPC, Police Station Dhanapur, District Chandauli.

(3.) Undisputedly the applicants have been granted bail under Section 452, 323 and 506. During the course of investigation, Section 325 and 308 IPC have been added. It is on that basis that the instant petition has been preferred.
