JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri R.S. Tripathi, learned counsel for the appellant who has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the appellant after seeking the no objection from the erstwhile counsel Sri Mohd. Aslam Beg.

(2.) Sri R.S. Tripathi while filing his vakalatnama has submitted that he could not complete his instructions and prays for time to prepare and argue the matter.

(3.) This Court denies the request for an adjournment made by Sri R.S. Tripathi. The order sheet dated 07.11.2019, 10.01.2020, 27.01.2020 and 31.01.2020 indicates that the Court had heard Sri Mohd. Aslam Beg, counsel for the appellant at some length and it is only on his request that the matter was fixed for 03.02.2020 for further hearing. It is at this stage that Sri R.S. Tripathi, learned counsel has put his appearance and seeks an adjournment
