JUDGEMENT

(1.) Supplementary affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the applicant today, is taken on record.

(2.) Heard Sri Gopal Swarup Chaturvedi, Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Imran Ullah and Sri Anuj Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Arunendra Kumar Singh, the learned A.G.A.

This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed by applicant for quashing the impugned order dated 20.12.2019 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad in Criminal Case No. 5479 of 2018 (State VS. Sayyad Yawar Hussain and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 295 of 2017 under sections 409 , 418 , 420 , 421 , 463 , 467 , 468 , 471 , 477 , 477-A , 201 , 120-B / 34 I.P.C., Police Station Civil Lines, District Allahabad pending in the Court of C.J.M. Allahabad as well as to exempt the personal appearance of the applicant through counsel before the concerned court.
