RAJESH MAURYA Vs. STATE OF U.P.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Despite thrice time being granted, no counter affidavit has been filed by the State. Also, despite permission granted by an administrative order of Hon'ble The Chief Justice, no written objection has been placed on record.

(2.) The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant - Rajesh Maurya with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No -999 of 2018, under Sections - 406, 409, 420, 120B IPC, Police Station -Baradari, District -Bareilly, during pendency of trial.

(3.) The normal functioning of the Court, has been impaired on account of the lockdown arising from the pandemic Covid-19. On the other hand, it is seen that against the FIR dated 27.07.2018, the applicant has remained confined since then i.e. for almost two years.
