JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.2.2004 passed by the respondent no. 2, whereby the lease granted to the petitioner has been cancelled as well as the order dated 28.7.2006 passed by the respondent no. 3, whereby the revision preferred against the order dated 28.2.2004 was dismissed.

(2.) The petitioner alleges that she is a poor lady living below poverty line and in this respect a Ration Card of Below Poverty Line (BPL) as well as certificate showing that the petitioner had undergone Tubectomy on 2.3.1996 have been filed as Annexure-1.

(3.) The petitioner claims that in terms of the scheme of the State of U.P., lands were allotted to the persons who had undergone Tubectomy and the petitioner who had also undergone the said operation was granted a lease in terms of the proposal of the Land Management Committee as well as an enquiry report conducted pertaining to the eligibility of the persons, who were allotted the land in question.
