(2.) This is an application for bail on behalf of the applicant, Tribhuwan @ Katali, in connection with Case Crime No.363 of 2019, under Section 3(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Farendra, District Maharajganj.
