JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Tehsildar, Tehsil Zamania District Ghazipur i.e., respondent no. 2 to decide Case No. T-201914290300797 filed under Section 34/35 of the U.P Land Revenue Act, 1901.

(3.) The Tehsildar, Tehsil Zamania District Ghazipur, i.e., respondent no.2 is directed to decide the aforesaid Case No. T-201914290300797 within a period of six months from the date a copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
