JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sri Satya Prakash Rathor, learned counsel has filed Vakalatnama along with counter affidavit on behalf of opposite party no.2 today in the Court are taken on record.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Code') has been filed on behalf of the applicants with a prayer to quash the proceedings of Special Trial No. 58 of 2018 (State Vs. Preetam Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 745 of 2017 under Sections 323 , 504 , 506 I.P.C. and Section 3 (1)(X) SC/ ST Act , Police Station Mauranipur, District Jhansi pending before learned Special Judge SC/ ST Act , Jhansi as well as charge sheet dated 16.12.2017 filed in the aforesaid case.
