JUDGEMENT

(1.) In re : Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 1 of 2020

(2.) Instant application is preferred on behalf of the accused-appellant Suryavansh S/o Baij Nath to have suspension of sentence awarded under the judgment dated 24.01.2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (Anti Corruption Act), Court No. 4, Gorakhpur.

(3.) The crime in question occurred on 27.03.1978 and at that time, age of the accused-appellant Suryavansh was more than 40 years.
