JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri Santosh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) The petitioner is before this Court assailing the order dated 20.11.2019 passed by learned District Judge, Banda in Misc. Civil Appeal No.14 of 2019 (Sanjeev Kumar Pipersania vs. Pradeep Kumar Pipersania).

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out any manifest error apparent on the face of record in the impugned order so as to justify interference by this Court in extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
