JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners are before this Court. There is a peculiarity in the facts of this case.

(2.) It has been pointed out by the Counsel for the State that there is no marriage certificate.

(3.) May that as it may be, the document at page 25 show that the child is born on 26.11.2015; name of the father and mother are shown as Brijesh Kumar and Seema Devi respectively, who are petitioner nos. 2 and 1 herein. It appears that recently they are being harassed by respondent nos.4 and 5.
