JUDGEMENT

(1.) When the matter was taken up today through Video Conferencing, Sri Amrendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Nand Prabha Shukla, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents/State appeared.

(2.) By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the FIR registered as Case Crime No.0101 of 2020, under Sections 420, 406 IPC, Police Station Mahmoodabad, District Sitapur.

(3.) Learned AGA has submitted that the offences invoked against the petitioner fall within the purview of punishment either upto or before 07 years, therefore, the case is covered under Section 41 (A) of the Cr.P.C.
