(3.) By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in Case Crime No. 305 of 2019, under sections 302/34 and 120B I.P.C., P.S. Mariyahun, district-Jaunpur and is in jail since 3.10.2019, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial.
