JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri B.S. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Umesh Vatsa, learned counsel for the respondents.

(2.) Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking setting aside of the order dated 29.02.2020 (Annexure-16) passed by learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), F.T.C., Basti in original suit No.05 of 2019 in the matter of Rudra Dutt Tripathi Vs. Mahadeo and others, whereby, learned Civil Judge has rejected an application No.6(Ga) under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2.

(3.) Petitioner is also aggrieved by order dated 17.03.2020 passed by learned District Judge, Basti in Misc. Civil Appeal No.12 of 2020 in the matter of Rudra Dutta Tripathi Vs. Mahadeo and others dismissing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and refusing to interfere in the orders passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division).
