JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Lokesh Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 4, Sri Satya Veer Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 and Sri Shashi Nandan, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri B.K.S. Raghuvanshi, learned counsel for respondent no. 5. No one appeared on behalf of respondent no. 6 although counter affidavit has been filed.

(2.) This writ petition has been filed at instance of one Ashok Kumar Tiwari, Principal Intermediate College, Manikpur, Pratapgarh challenging the order dated 07.07.2015 passed by Secretary, U.P. Secondary Education Services Selection Board, Allahabad (hereinafter referred to as ''Board').

(3.) Facts in brief as disclosed in petition are that petitioner was appointed as a Lecturer (English) in Janta Inter College, Kusuwapur, Pratapgarh on 10.02.1990. His services were regularized by order of Deputy Director, Education IVth Region, Allahabad on 09.08.1994. He served in said college from February, 1990 to May, 2013.
