JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Awadhesh Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the State respondents and Sri Rakesh Pandey, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Neeraj Raj, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3.

(2.) Learned Senior Advocate has produced a copy of the OMR answer sheet of the petitioner which shows that the petitioner has not filled up the space in question booklet series, and therefore, his OMR answer sheet was not evaluated.

(3.) Various similar writ petitions including Writ-A No. 445 of 2020 (Sukhvir Singh Vs. State of U.P.) have been dismissed by this Court by order dated 27.1.2020 which is reproduced below:-
