(3.) The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant - Ganga Prasad with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. -9 of 2016, S.T. No.133 of 2016, under Sections -302, 504, 506, 307 I.P.C., Police Station -Kurawali, District -Mainpuri, during pendency of trial.
