JUDGEMENT

(1.) Shri Kesari Nath Tripathi, Advocate filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no.2 and a joint affidavit which are taken on record.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 as well as learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.

(3.) The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the summoning order dated 26.07.2019 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Rampur as well as entire proceeding in Complaint Case No.657 of 2019 (Smt. Haseen vs. Aftab Ahmad and others), under Sections 452 , 323 , 504 , 354 I.P.C., Police Station-Kemari, District-Rampur.
