(2.) Civil Misc. Delay Condonation Application No.384800 of 2016 The delay in filing the restoration application has been explained in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the same is sufficient.

(3.) Civil Misc. Restoration Application No.384802 of 2016 This application has been filed with a prayer to recall the order dated 17 October 2016 passed by this Court dismissing the "Review Petition" in default.
