JUDGEMENT

(1.) Apprehending arrest in Case Crime No.93 of 2020 pending investigation at Police Station Fatehpur, District Saharanpur, this application is preferred through e-mail for release of the applicant on bail in the event of his arrest.

(2.) As per the facts averred in the first information report, the applicant a Bank Manager in collusion with certain other persons harassed and has victimized Sri Ved Pal Singh to the extent that he committed suicide.

(3.) In specific terms the informant stated that her husband Ved Pal Singh used to state that neither the Mahindra agency people are delivering possession of a vehicle for which they have already taken a sum of Rs.1 lakh nor they are refunding the amount aforesaid. The agency people were said to be in collusion with the present applicant and one other Officer of the Bank.
