JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

(2.) The petitioner was appointed as 'Work Supervisor' on 25.05.1980 in the Office of Executive Engineer Lower Parallel Ganga Canal Division-10, Narora Bulandshahr. The service of the petitioner was regularized by order dated 23.04.2007 and the petitioner was posted at Madhy Ganga Nirman, Division-12, Aligarh. The petitioner retired from service on 11.01.2019. The grievance of the petitioner is that after retirement the pension of the petitioner has not been released.
