The instant Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicant, namely, Moin Ahmad, in Case Crime No. 0582 of 2020, under Sections 188, 269, 270 I.P.C, Section 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897, Section 51 of Disaster Management Act, 2005, Section 6 of the Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 and Section 77 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015, Police Station - Prem Nagar, District - Bareilly.
