(2.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the respondent State.

(3.) This is fist application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in Case Crime No.135/2020 under Sections 306 and 498-A IPC registered at police station Lonar, District Hardoi.
