(2.) Heard Sri Manish Tiwary, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Atharva Dixit, counsel for the applicant and Sri Amit Daga and Sri Mayank, learned counsels for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

(3.) The present bail application has been filed by the applicant, Hariom Tripathi, in Case Crime No. 280 of 2019, under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 302 and 34 IPC , Police Station- Colonelganj, District- Prayagraj, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail.
