JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

(2.) This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs :-

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited the amount along with returns belatedly and therefore arose some interest liability which the petitioner could not deposit, and therefore, the petitioner has filed a declaration under the Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as 'SVLDR Scheme') but the declaration has been wrongly rejected by the impugned orders.
