JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Amit Rai, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Shailesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and learned A.G.A. for the State.

(2.) Entire record has been perused.

(3.) A complaint was filed on 12.09.2018 by the opposite party no.2 against the applicant alleging therein that on 03.10.2017, the applicant prepared the sale deed in favour of opposite party no.2 and his brother but later on she refused to execute the sale deed, however, for the same, the applicant took Rs. 6 lacs from the opposite party no.2, which was not returned. Thereafter, the applicant and her sons came to the house of opposite party no.2 and threatened him also, therefore, the present complaint was filed. Subsequently, after recording the statements under Sections 200 and 202 Cr.P.C., the applicant was summoned on 24.07.2019 by the court concerned.
