(1.) Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel for State.

(2.) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he is not pressing his relief no.1 sought in the present writ petition.

(3.) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met in case representation of petitioner for release of his salary w.e.f. 01.02.2013 along with allowances and increments is considered and decided in a time bound manner.
