(1.) CHALLENGED in this appeal is the judgement and order dated 5.11.1982 passed by Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Deoria in Sessions Trial No. 67 of 1981 (State of U.P. Versus Ramayan Singh and others), convicting and sentencing the Appellants under Sections 302, 302/34 IPC for the life imprisonment. THE FACTS

(2.) AN incident is said to have taken place on 27.11.1980 at about 10:00 hours. In this incident one Ram Briksha (Deceased) was killed.
