JUDGEMENT

(1.) PRAYER made in this petition is for quashing of order dated 12.6.2006 passed by C.J.M., Ambedkar Nagar in Misc.Case No.390 of 2006 whereby application moved by the petitioner under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. for registering the F.I.R. was rejected and order dated 14.2.2007 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ambedkar Nagar in Revision No.152 of 2006 preferred against the above mentioned order was also rejected. It was further prayed that the C.J.M., Ambedkar Nagar be directed to register the F.I.R. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the Magistrate and the Sessions Judge have not applied the mind and have not considered the allegations contained in the application moved by the petitioner under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. I have perused the orders of Additional Sessions Judge and Magistrate impugned herein.

(2.) I do not find any illegality or infirmity in the impugned orders, which require any interference by this Court.
