JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri R.P. Dubey, learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

(2.) FROM the averments made in the writ petition and the supplementary, affidavit, it appears that the petitioner No. 1 Mangat Singh was appointed as Lecturer in Geography subject on 16.8.1975 in Mahatma Malviya Degree College Khekhra, Baghpat. The date of birth of the petitioner No. 1 Mangat Singh is 20.1.1950, and he is to attain the age of superannuation on 19.1.2012, and is duel to retire on 30.6.2012 after getting Session benefit.

(3.) IT is, inter alia, stated in the writ petition that the aforesaid College is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut (Meerut University,, Meerut).
