(2.) THIS Court vide its order dated 20.12.1991 had issued notice and in the meantime further proceedings in Criminal Case No. 2297/1990 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharanpur, under Section of Negotiable Instruments Act, were stayed.

(3.) THE present Cr.P.C. application has been filed for quashing of Complaint Case No. 2297/1990 Ranvir Kapoor v. Sukhbir and Ors., under Section of Negotiable Instruments Act and I.P.C. pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharanpur.
