(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the applicant, learned Counsel for the opposite party Nos. 5 and 6 and perused the record.

(2.) COMPLIANCE affidavits have been filed by the opposite party Nos. 5 and 6 which are taken on record.

(3.) THAT on 19.4.2007 a registered notice has been issued to the applicant which has been personally received by the applicant on 20.4.2007 and the copy of the same has already been annexed as Annexure: 3 to the affidavit filed earlier by the secretary respondent No. 5.
