(1.) Heard Shri Deepak Seth Learned Senior Advocate assisted by Shri Vijay Krishna for petitioner and Shri R.P. Singh for the opposite party No. 2.

(2.) Notice is not being issued to opposite party No. 3 to 12 as they are proforma opposite parties for the reason that they had not challenged the order of the trial Court rejecting the plaintiff opposite party's application 6Ga2.
