JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) No notice is issued to private opposite party in view of the order proposed to be passed today, however, liberty is reserved for private opposite party to apply for variation or modification of this order if he feels so aggrieved.

(3.) This revision is directed against the order dated 3.8.2010, passed by Special Judge E.C. Act, Etawah in Special Case No. 3 of 2008, whereby the application under Section 311, Code of Criminal Procedure moved by the revisionist accused Anurag Srivastava was rejected.
