JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri S.P.S. Raghav, senior advocate assisted by Sri Anil Raghav, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record.

(2.) THIS writ petition is preferred with a prayer to quash the order dated 4.8.2010 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Bulandshahar in revision No. 201 of 2010 and order dated 20.5.2010 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahar.
