SRI SUDARSHANACHARYA Vs. SRI PURUSHOTTAMCHARYA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the proceedings of criminal complaint case no. 13 of 2008 under Sec. 406 I.P.C. pending in the court of learned IIIrd A.C.J.M. Faizabad.

(2.) From the perusal of the record it appears that it is too old complain in which the evidence has not been adduced but there is no good ground to quash the proceedings of the above mentioned case. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the same is refused.

(3.) However, it is directed that the proceedings of the above mentioned case shall be expedited without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the side, if possible, the same shall be commenced on day to day basis provided the proceedings are not stayed by any court. With this direction this application is finally disposed of.
