JUDGEMENT

(1.) ON last date i.e. 03.02.2010 of hearing, we passed the following order:

(2.) PURSUANT to the said order, mother of petitioner detenue, Irshad to whom she claims to have legally wedded and his parents are present in Court.

(3.) WE have noticed in the above order that the medical certificate suggests her age to be about 18 years. Thus, taking into account the margin of error of 2 years' on either side, she is a major to take decisions about her future.
