(3.) The accused applicant Subhash Singh, S/o Raja Ram Singh, R/o Village Surauli, P.S. Gosaiganj, District Sultanpur who is involved and detained in case Crime No. 107 of 2010 under Sections 364, 302, 201 IPC, from P.S. Gosaiganj, District Sultanpur and he has applied for bail.
