By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the orders dated 30.01.1992 and 15.2.2010 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation and order dated 8.4.1991 passed by Settlement Officer of Consolidation. It appears that petitioner's chak has been disturbed by Settlement Officer of Consolidation vide order dated 8.4.1991. Feeling aggrieved against which the petitioner preferred revision which was dismissed on 30.1.1992. Thereafter he moved restoration application which too was dismissed by Deputy Director of Consolidation vide impugned order dated 15.2.2010.

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on account of order of adjustment made by Settlement Officer of Consolidation vide impugned order dated 8.4.1991, the petitioner's chak which was measuring of area about 017 area was no doubt given to him as Uran chak was abolished by Settlement Officer of Consolidation but the valuation of aforesaid chak has not been adjusted in the existing chak of the petitioner due to which he preferred revision and restoration application but the grievance of the petitioner has been turned out and left unredressed, hence this petition.

From perusal of record it appears that while disturbing the chak of the petitioner the respondents have been given chak on their original holding which was adjoining to the road, as such to that extent the order passed by Settlement Officer of Consolidation affirmed by Deputy Director of Consolidation does not call for any interference by this Court. So far as the grievance of the petitioner that his certain valuation is still not adjusted in any chak of the petitioner, for that purpose the Deputy Director of Consolidation shall examine the record and pass appropriate order if any separate application is moved by the petitioner before Deputy Director of Consolidation within a period of 15 days from today. The Deputy Director of Consolidation shall decide the same expeditiously within a further period of three months after hearing the parties likely to be affected by his order.
