(2.) THIS writ petition has been filed for quashing of an FIR in case crime No.1382 of 2010 under sections 147, 148,452, 323, 504 506, 346 I.P.C. P.S. Bhojipura District Bareilly.

(3.) HENCE , no ground exists for quashing the FIR or staying the arrest of the petitioners.
