JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(2.) The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the District Judge, Etah to decide SCC Revision No. 14 of 2008, Abdul Rashid v. Smt. Vidya Devi arising out of SCC Suit No. 7 of 1996, Smt. Vidya Devi v. Abdul Rashid within a specific period fixed by this Court.

(3.) According to the petitioner, the respondent is lingering the case and is not interested to decide the revision earliest. It is stated that the court below is not deciding the case, hence the instant writ petition has been filed with the aforesaid prayer.
