JUDGEMENT

(1.) Order in Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 321241 of 2010. Heard learned Counsel for the applicant-petitioner and perused the record.

(2.) This application has been filed by the petitioner for correction of the order dated 20.10.2010 as well as it has also been prayed that he may be permitted to correct the name of Naresh in place of Narendra as has been mentioned in the prayer of writ petition and in the stay application.

(3.) Learned Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the name of Naresh instead of Narendra in the prayer of writ petition as well as in the stay application.
