JUDGEMENT

(1.) Looking to the vacancy position, as pointed out by the Director, Ayurvedic and Unani Services, it is directed that the earlier order of this Court dated 17.09.2010 shall be immediately complied with and Dr. Mohd. Mohsin shall be considered to be posted at Gorakhpur, said to be having a well equipped medical college where his handicapped daughter can get proper medical treatment and attention and Dr. Shammitra Gupta shall be posted at Jhansi or any station near that place.

(2.) List this matter tomorrow i.e. 29.09.2010 for filing compliance order.
