JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, praying for directing the respondents to pay the pension of the petitioner with effect from 2001 onwards in P.P.O. No. 321814.

(2.) BY the order dated 29.1.2010, Sri Pankaj Saxena, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, was granted time to obtain instructions in the matter.

(3.) SRI Ravindra Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the amount, as stated by Sri Pankaj Saxena on the basis of the instructions, has been deposited in the Bank Account of the petitioner, and therefore, the reliefs prayed for in the writ petition have been granted to the petitioner.
