JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Learned Counsel for petitioner, Sri Nirmal Tiwari, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel and perused the record.

(2.) THIS writ petition under Article of the Constitution of India has been filed with the prayer that a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari may be issued quashing the impugned orders passed by the opposite parties Nos. 2 & 1, contained as Annexure Nos. 1 & 3 to the writ petition and the opposite parties Nos. 1 to 4 may be directed not to dispossess the petitioner.

(3.) THE learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has not disputed the said proposition of law.
