JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 & 2 and perused the record.

(2.) Land of plot No. 821 one Bigha 3 Bishwansis was allotted in the name of respondent nos. 3 to 6. An application under Sec. 198(4) U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act for cancellation of Patta was moved on behalf of Ram Sukh before the court but this application was rejected by the Revenue Officer, Faizabad vide order dated 20.01.1993.Copy of the same is available on the record. A revision was filed against this order before the Commissioner, Faizabad but the same was also dismissed vide order dated 07.04.2010 along with application to condone the delay in filing the Revision. Aggrieved by both the orders, this writ petition has been filed.

(3.) Revision was dismissed in default on 07.12.1998. An application to restore the same was moved keeping its disposal pending, learned Commissioner, hear the arguments for disposal of this application and on merit and decided both simultaneously by rejecting the the application as well as the Revision. Aggrieved by this order, the instant writ petition has been filed.
