JUDGEMENT

(1.) KRISHNA Kumar, J. This revision has been file-t against the judgment and order dated 24-3-1999 passed by the Fami ly Judge, Agra allowing maintenance to petitioner wife and to the minor child.

(2.) HEARD learned Counsel for the par ties.

(3.) LEARNED lower Court has held that the date of divorce has come to the knowledge of the petitioner when the writ ten statement was filed and this written statement was filed on 31-7-1995. The learned lower Court placing reliance upon the case law, held that date of divorce shall be held when written statement is sub mitted before the Court. As earlier stated, when the date of divorce was not certain, the said case law was rightly taken into consideration by the learned lower Court.
